Montreal Chickens
Hampstead

Chickens are not allowed in Hampstead.

Prohibited. The nuisance bylaw (795-2, as amended by 795-20) declares it a nuisance to "keep farm animals or animals other than domestic animals" on public or private property. The only exception — up to 3 beehives installed by an educational institution for an educational program.
