Requirements

  • Annual registration is mandatory.
  • The coop must be in the side or rear yard, in a fenced yard, and must not be visible from the public street. At least 0.6 m from property lines (except those adjacent to a public street) and 3 m from the rear facade of buildings.
  • Keeping roosters is prohibited.
